8 days ago we posted our Vonage Business Cloud Review & Compare and you can find that post below. The Vonage Business Cloud Service was designed with small or mid-size businesses in mind. The cloud service is meant to help bridge the gap from using internet telephony like Vonage does to a more robust VOIP system. The Vonage Business Cloud Service is priced competitively, yet offers a great deal of value to the consumer.
Vonage Business Cloud Services has grown so much over the years that it now offers unlimited national calls to any landline or mobile phone as well as free VOIP minutes. This is really important to small businesses that are trying to compete in this market. You see, Vonage has priced its phone systems to be very competitive and yet offers unlimited services. Unlimited national calls to cell phones will certainly add to your bottom line.
Vonage’s business cloud service offers 3 different options: standard, premium and auto dialer. The auto dialer is excellent for call flow and manageability. When you activate the auto-dial feature, you can have multiple telephone numbers that will be automatically called when someone calls them. You can set up how many times a number should be called. The idea is that you can have a sales rep call a certain group of customers and that the group be contacted every time a new product goes on sale.

Now let me share with you about Vonage’s standard business cloud service. The basic plan is simply for unlimited calls to landlines and cell phones for a flat monthly fee. The prices have been consistently going up so you might want to look around for a bit to find the best deal. This is not the type of plan where you pay by the month like some other companies do. For instance, if you sign up for twelve months, you will pay an additional twelve dollars per month.
If you want the most bang for your buck Vonage’s business class can deliver with respect to calling plans, calling minutes, voicemail and more. This is the total package that I was looking for and what I got. I’m excited to start calling my clients and soon I’ll be making some more big commissions! Read on to learn more about Vonage’s unlimited calling across the board, special packages and low price starting with just $8×8!
With Vonage Business Cloud, I now have a mobile app for iPhone, Android and Blackberry. I use this iPhone app to keep my clients updated on all their calls in one location. I even have an integrated Android app and Blackberry app for my clients. This means I can take notes, set appointment reminders, send voice messages and much more right from my iPhone or mobile app. In addition, I have set up a virtual fax line for my clients which will allow me to get them an email address and then send them a virtual fax on the fly without ever leaving my desk.
Even though Vonage Business Cloud offers many great services, one that really caught my eye was the fax line. I’m used to sending and receiving faxes from my Blackberry or laptop. However, switching to a Vonage fax line was extremely easy. It literally took minutes to install the phone and set up the first call. As an added benefit, I get unlimited calling across the phone lines, regardless of where I am, which is awesome because I can use Vonage Business Cloud anywhere!
